Do I need a certain level of flexibility?

Of course not! We are here to help you increase flexibility from the ground up. This is most beneficial for even the stiffest and immobile bodies.

How long is a typical stretch therapy session?

We have options to choose from 30 mins or an 1 hour session. An Additional 15 minutes may be requested before confirming booking or before start of the service.

How is this different from yoga?

Stretch therapy provides you the opportunity to relax, while letting a professional properly reset your body with techniques and systems planned specifically for your body's benefit.  

I have a health diagnosis, is this safe?

Absolutely! We are trained to be knowledgeable of the different body conditions. We ask that our guests complete the intake form before service to list any conditons or surgeries so we may best prepare for your body.
